The hotel was extremely comfy and tidy with breathtaking views at sunset. I was here for 1 night and ate at authentic restaurant for breakfast. The location was nice and ideal for walking around Hin Bus Depot. The property was in an enjoyable area, close to about 15-20 minutes walk from all the street arts and Penang Road where lots of famous food can be found and Very close to Komtar.

It is reasonably priced. The property is beautifuly designed and exceptionally clean, offers relatively cheap and reasonable breakfasts. The authentic restaurant is cheap, serves savoury dishes.

It was romantic, neat and with a comfortable bed.

Good central spot, but needs work

I stayed for a night with family. The location was super convenient, close to attractions. Check-in was smooth, and staff were really friendly. Liked the communal water dispenser too. But the room was kinda dim, made it tough to see. The toilet felt cramped and could use some towels. Decent for the price.

Upgraded nice budget place with particularly good location close to shopping place, almost anywhere within georgetown and malls and tons of food and night stalls around.

New-fashioned standard room with all the facilities, 1 single bed. Location right by an art gallery, a bigger mall and Supermarket & Transport.

Great breakfast, great coffee, comfortable bed, quiet enough air conditioning.

I liked it.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the rooftop pool and the gym that was open 24/7, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The spa offered great treatments too, perfect for unwinding. Just a heads-up, the elevator situation was a bit odd since you had to switch to another lift to get to your room, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

Try to ask about the rooftop pool's hours. It's a great spot to relax after a long day exploring the area.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to excellent hawker food and shops. The family room we stayed in was spacious enough for our two young children, and we enjoyed the lovely pool area during our downtime.

In my wife's opinion, the bathroom setup was tricky for bathing our kids safely. It would be great if they installed a more family-friendly shower design.

Family with children will love it here!

The staff were super friendly, really knew the area well and recommended some amazing local spots for us to eat. We were lucky enough to have a room on the 22nd floor, the views were to die for, overlooking the city and the sea, amazing!

Sure, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but I can't complain about the experience altogether.

The modern décor and bright, spacious rooms made me feel instantly at home, with ample natural light and easy accessibility that allowed me to navigate the hotel with comfort.

More handrails needed in bathroom areas.
